2012年-2016年,西班牙油脂研究所(instituto de la grasa, csic)色素研究组,西班牙塞维利亚大学(universidad de sevilla)药学院,博士;
2009年-2012年,西南大学食品科学学院,硕士;
2005年-2009年,辽宁工程技术大学,理学院,学士;
二、教学工作
主讲食品营养学、科技文献阅读等课程。
三、研究方向
主要从事食品天然色素方面的研究,主要包括:
(1)天然色素定性定量分析;
(2)天然色素在食品加工过程中稳定性评价及护色;
(3)天然色素生物活性评价;
(4)天然色素消化、吸收和代谢;
