2017年至今，西南大学食品科学学院，副教授；
2012年-2016年，西班牙油脂研究所(instituto de la grasa, csic)色素研究组，西班牙塞维利亚大学(universidad de sevilla)药学院，博士；
2009年-2012年，西南大学食品科学学院，硕士；
2005年-2009年，辽宁工程技术大学，理学院，学士；
二、教学工作
主讲食品营养学、科技文献阅读等课程。
三、研究方向
主要从事食品天然色素方面的研究，主要包括：
(1)天然色素定性定量分析；
(2)天然色素在食品加工过程中稳定性评价及护色；
(3)天然色素生物活性评价；
(4)天然色素消化、吸收和代谢；
