郭婷(1988-),食品科学专业,博士研究生,副教授,重庆市科技特派员2016年毕业于天津科技大学,获工学博士学位。2018年于德国赫姆霍兹联合研究院于利希研究中心访学。主要开展基于上转换纳米粒子、石墨烯、有机金属框架等新型纳米材料荧光传感器构建及其在食品安全检测中的应用。主持国家自然科学基金(青年项目)、重庆市自然科学基金(面上项目)等项目,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、重庆市市场监督管理局科研计划项目等。参编教材2部,授权专利3项。担任《biosensors and bioelectronics》、《microchimica acta》等期刊审稿人。

1. 农药、毒素等食品中危害物质的快速检测方法的开发

3. 新型光电传感体系构建及其在食品安全中的应用
