professor guohua zhao is working with the following fields: 1) chemistry and nutrition of non-digestible carbohydrates, with emphasis on extraction, structural characterization, modification, biological activity evaluation, related product design and industrialization of bioactive polysaccharides, dietary fiber and oligosaccharide; 2) rapid analysis techniques for food quality and safety.
